The much-anticipated Miu Miu film is finally out.

Part of the Women Tales project, presented at the Venice Festival, is shot by Iranian – American screenwriter and director Massy Tadjedin, featuring the stories of four everyday women living very different lives. Starring Aubrey Plaza, Gemma Arterton, Patricia Clarkson and Rinko Kikuchi, with an amazing cameo appearance by Zola Jesus.

Miu Miu’s four-part “Women’s Tales” film series is going out with a serious bang.

For its final installment, It’s Getting Late, the fashion label has tapped Iranian director Massy Tadjedin to helm an all-start cast of leading ladies: Patricia Clarkson, Aubrey Plaza, Gemma Arterton, and Rinko Kikuchi.

Though the full film won’t premiere until the Venice Film Festival on August 30, a just-released trailer shows the actresses getting glammed up in preparation for a performance by Zola Jesus at Hollywood’s The Hotel Cafè club.

Winged eyeliner, sparkly heels, and sexy lingerie also make a cameo in the trailer. Beyond that, well, you’ll just have to wait until the 30th.

Gemma Arterton exclusively chats about having a to-die-for Sex and the City style wardrobe, her love of denim and wearing suits on the red carpet.

As an actress, Gemma said that one of the best parts of her job is getting glammed up for events – although she has a very daring approach as to what to wear on the red carpet.

Gemma Arterton wears jeans every day. The stunning actress – who is once again the face of denim brand G-Star RAW, this time for the Spring/Summer 2012 collection – says she feels at her happiest when she’s in denim because she is both relaxed and stylish. In a new video for G-Star and Vice Style, Gemma said: ‘I do wear jeans every day. I’ve got every type of jean. I do like wearing dresses and things but I just feel a bit awkward. For me comfort is a big thing and it’s great that all these jeans and denim brands are doing well because, for me, it’s an easy way to dress and it’s stylish.’ As well as wearing lots of denim, Gemma also revealed how she doesn’t like to over-think her appearance before she goes out because that’s when it starts to go wrong. Giving her style sips, the ‘Tamara Drewe‘ star said: ‘Don’t over-think anything. When you go out at night, sometimes the best times your hair and make-up looks really great is when you haven’t made much of any effort. WWF has released a new short film, ‘Astonish Me‘, starring Bill Nighy and Gemma Arterton to showcase some of the new species that have recently been found around the globe.

Created by acclaimed writer Stephen Poliakoff and director Charles Sturridge ‘Astonish Me‘ showcases some of the incredible new species recently discovered around the world.

The 5 minute film which is now being shown in ODEON cinemas across the UK takes viewers on a journey showcasing some of the world’s lesser known or recently discovered species, from massive insects to colossal squid, a fish with a transparent head and birds and frogs of every colour.

A spokesperson for WWF said: “Astonish Me is a truly unique project which we hope will inspire a whole new generations of conservationists.”

G-star RAW recently teamed up with Vice Style for their fourth collaborative film to celebrate G-Star’s ongoing relationship with Gemma Arterton, as she fronts the brand’s womenswear for a second season. In this installment, Kim Taylor-Bennett flies out to Berlin to meet the actress at G-star’s Bread & Butter show and chats to her on G-Star’s RAW Ferry 01—a tricked-out boat that looks more plush than anywhere any of the Vice Style staff live.

Between exclusive footage of renowned photographer Anton Corbijn shooting the campaign for G-Star’s new S/S 12 collection, Gemma discusses the brand and gives Kim some of her own personal style tips. As it happens, Gemma says the new campaign is, “Very much how I dress on a day to day basis”, reinforcing G-Star’s notion of Gemma as the perfect encapsulation of “modern, independent womanhood”.

Gorgeous British actress Gemma Arterton is back in front of the camera for G-Star’s fall campaign. Following her first campaign in spring, Gemma’s new ads are similarly gritty and raw, but with a tougher edge to them. She shows off the brand’s 3301 denims, which she says “are definitely one of the style must-haves because they are so practical”. The ads and clothes Gemma wears hit stores in September.

Gemma Arterton attended the G-Star Fashion Show at Bread & Butter Fashion Trade Fair at Flughafen Tempelhof airport, on July 6, in Berlin, Germany.

It has become a habit for G-Star to reveal its new models at Bread & Butter.

At its large stand at the trade show, the Dutch denim giant showed the first photos of its next collection being modelled by Vincent Gallo.

Gemma Arterton returned as the female face of G-Star, posing for their Autumn/Winter 2011 ad campaign.

Anton Corbijn remains the photographer in charge.

Having just recently finished filming Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters, Gemma portrays the tough denim look with a touch of soft and feminine flair quite well!

In the campaign, Gemma wears the 3301 5-pocket denim jean by G-Star RAW, in which she explains:

“The 3301 denims are definitely one of the style must-haves because they are so practical and you can make them work with any outfit – day or evening.”

She looks hot either way. We’re a fan of this biker chic look. Are you?
