Bond girl Gemma Arterton has ended a six-month romance with her Spanish stuntman boyfriend.

The 22-year-old actress, who played MI6 agent Strawberry Fields in Quantum Of Solace, gave devastated Eduardo Munoz his marching orders last weekend.

A friend of the star said last night: ‘Gemma’s 22 and Eduardo is only 19 – they were too young to settle down.

‘She says she doesn’t have time to commit to a relationship. Eduardo is devastated.’

Munoz was Arterton’s riding tutor on the Moroccan set of her latest movie, Prince Of Persia.

When filming switched to England, Arterton insisted the producers keep him on, and he moved into her North London flat.

‘His English improved but Gemma told me when they could talk to each other properly they had very little in common,’ the source added.

Speaking from Spain, Munoz last night insisted he and Gemma were ‘just good friends’.

He said: ‘We met as colleagues and became friends but nothing else.’
