Gemma Arterton and her stuntman fiance Stefano celebrated their engagement with an intimate party in London last weekend.

The ‘Quantum of Solace’ actress and her fiance – known only as Stefano, a stuntman she met on the set of the James Bond movie – wore matching outfits as they partied with friends and family at The Sun and 13 Cantons brasserie.

Although the couple avoided being pictured together, a delighted-looking Gemma flashed her stunning three-diamond ring.

An onlooker said: “Everyone brought gifts and seemed really delighted by the news. Gemma was glowing, she couldn’t resist showing everyone her beautiful ring.”

It was reported in May that Gemma and Stefano had got engaged at the Download music festival.

A source at the rock event, which takes place in Derbyshire, England, said: “Gemma seemed really excited and was sharing the good news with people and telling them how overjoyed she was.

“He was with her at the music festival and they seemed smitten with each other. He looked like he’d make a good James Bond with his tall, dark and handsome looks.”

The 23-year-old actress – who previously dated stuntman Eduardo Munoz – was first linked to Stefano in March.

A source said at the time: “It’s so cute, they are really loved up and it’s great to see Gemma looking so happy. They met on the set of ‘Quantum of Solace’.

“He was Daniel Craig’s body double and there was clearly chemistry from the start. They’ve been together for a few months now and it’s going really well.”
