Prince of Persia star Gemma Arterton believes moviegoers should see her movie instead of Sex and the City as it stars Jake Gyllenhaal.

Gyllenhaal, 29, and Arterton, 24, are both starring in the new movie adaptation of the video game of the same name.

Sex and the City 2 is also heading to cinemas soon – but Arterton, who plays Princess Tamina, admitted she believes their film is better.

She said to E! Online: “You should see my movie because it’s got Jake Gyllenhaal in it. There are no really hot guys in Sex and the City. “There are amazing outfits, but in Prince of Persia, there’s a lot of male testosterone, which is quite sexy.”

However, she admitted to being a fan of the fashion flick herself.

She added: “I love Sex and the City. Even today, there was something on TV about it, and there was a silent yelp inside of me.”
