Climate Week is happening right now, and to raise awareness and funds, Tesco has rounded up a group of stylish models, actors and singers – including Lily Cole, Gemma Arterton and Jade Parfitt – to model an exclusive organic and ethically produced geometric-print T-shirt.
All profits from the £10 limited edition design by British fashion design duo Eley Kishimoto, will be donated to the Environmental Justice Foundation.
Eley Kishimoto, who describe themselves as “the patron saints of print”, have said the T-shirt design incorporates the ‘tree of life’ which “represents nature and reminds us to look towards a positive future.”
“Low-carbon and supercool, the T-shirt captures the spirit of Climate Week by showing how we can all be part of the solution to climate change,” Climate Week’s Phil Drew said, “an item that’s as green as its message and doesn’t cost the earth”.
A cheap and quirky addition to your daywear, with the added satisfaction of aiding a charitable cause? How fashionable!
Climate Week T-shirts are available exclusively at Tesco stores and online here.
