Gemma Arterton is about to sink her teeth into a juicy role for her next film — or might she be the meal? “It’s a psychological vampire thriller,” she said at the Miu Miu show. “It’s very dark and I play a prostitute.” Filming of “Byzantium,” directed by Neil Jordan, is to start shortly in Dublin and other damp, chilly places in the U.K.

Other VIPs lining the front row included singer Florrie Arnold, Juno Temple (St Trinian’s co-star), Hailee Steinfeld and French actresses Roxane Mesquida, Léa Seydoux, Mélanie Thierry and Virginie Ledoyen.
