Gemma Arterton is hanging out with the stars.

The former Bond girl provided some much-needed glamour as she posed with scruffy Hollywood star Bradley Cooper at a pre-Baftas party.

The American actor was guest of honour at a charity dinner in Mayfair on Friday to celebrate his acclaimed film Silver Linings Playbook. Cooper, 38, had his shirt hanging out from under his jumper as he wrapped his arm round the British actress, 27, star of Quantum Of Solace.

The Hangover star hopes to take the Best Actor award for his performance as bipolar former teacher Pat Solitano at tonight’s awards.

The dinner was co-hosted by film producer Harvey Weinstein and Stephen Fry, with proceeds going to mental health charity Mind.
