First of all, Happy Thanksgiving to all of our American visitors and Gemma fans!

Today, we bring you a special gift: site exclusive scans from the September 2014 issue of French magazine Sofilm. Gemma Arterton was interviewed especially for the publication because of the imminent premiere of Gemma Bovery back in September. Ms Arterton talked about her life, her childhood, how she’s still proud of being “a country girl”, her RADA days, her career so far, working with female directors as opposed to male directors, the production company that she’s created with two friends in order to offer more good roles to women in the movie industry, and, last but not least, Made in Dagenham.
