Today (February 02) it’s Gemma 33rd birthday! We hope she’ll have a great one, spent with the people she loves. To celebrate it we added in the gallery some exclusive outtakes from a portrait taken back at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2016 while she was promoting Their Finest. Last night (January 29) Gemma – together with her sister Hannah – attended the Christian Dior: Designer Of Dreams Exhibition, held at the Victoria&Albert Museum in London, hosted by the Board of Trustees and Director of the Victoria and Albert Museum, Tristram Hunt.

Gemma looked amazing in a floor-length Dior gown with sheer sleeve detailing and a black clutch bag.

On Sunday, December 02 Gemma attended the 21st British Independent Film Awards and she looked simply amazing!

For the occasion Gemma wore a ligh pink Emilia Wickstead S/S 2019 The Kingsley Dress with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Jessica McCormack earrings.

Back on Saturday, November 24 – Gemma attended the photocall for Watership Down, the animated television miniseries where she voice the rabbit Clover.

BAFTA – The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) tonight (November 07) celebrated 2018’s BAFTA Breakthrough Brits, in partnership with Burberry – 19 of the UK’s most promising future stars of film, games and television – at a star-studded reception attended by leading figures in the creative industries.

Sara Putt, Chair of BAFTA’s Learning and New Talent Committee, welcomed guests before the honourees were introduced by actors George MacKay, Stacy Martin and Tom Hiddleston. Other guests at the event, which took place for the first time at 194 Piccadilly, an exciting new event space underneath the home of BAFTA, included actors Gemma Arterton and Susan Wokoma, documentary-maker Stacey Dooley, SB.TV founder Jamal Edwards MBE, and CEO of games industry trade body Ukie Dr Jo Twist OBE.

Breakthrough Brits is BAFTA’s flagship initiative that identifies and supports the UK’s next generation of creative talent. Selected by a jury of industry experts after a UK-wide open call for nominations and applications, the 2018 Breakthrough Brits will be supported by BAFTA over the next 12 months as they progress their careers.
