A celebration of the songwriting of Tim Rice, with Tim Minchin and Alexander Armstrong.

Hosted by Michael Grade, the concert highlights the colossal impact Tim Rice has had on stage and screen.

From The Lion King, Evita and Jesus Christ Superstar to James Bond and beyond, hear his most renowned songs performed live, accompanied by the BBC Concert Orchestra conducted by Mike Dixon.

Multiple-Oscar winner Tim Rice is also in conversation with Michael Grade about his life and career, the composers he has worked with and how different songs came to life.

The evening is a chance not only to hear fabulous songs but also to step into the life and mind of one of the world’s most respected and iconic songwriters. (source)

The look of love: Gemma Arterton’s new beau French director Franklin Ohanessian is spotted gazing at her adoringly during London gig.

They say a look can be worth a thousand words.

And it seemed that Gemma Arterton’s new boyfriend French director Franklin Ohanessian didn’t need to voice his feelings as he was spotted gazing adoringly at his gorgeous girlfriend.

The pair seemed to not just be enjoying the music, but each others company as they playfully kissed and canoodled whilst watching Stevie Wonder at Calling Festival in Clapham last weekend.
